These three powerful research tools -- the CMBS Database, Re-REMIC Database and CRE CLO Database -- are available to Commercial Mortgage Alert subscribers:

CMBS Database
Commercial Mortgage Alert subscribers can search the CMBS Database for the initial terms (including class-by-class pricing) and deal participants of all rated securities collateralized by commercial and multi-family properties. It includes all 4,400-plus commercial mortgage-backed issues (totaling more than $2.8 trillion) completed since the market’s inception in the mid-1980s.

Users of the database can:

• Measure the current and historic deal volumes of some 250 bookrunners, 300 servicers, 100 law firms, 110 trustees and other participants, and produce rosters of their CMBS market clients.
• See how particular issuers and underwriters are structuring CMBS issues to comply with risk-retention requirements.
• Rank the market’s leading risk takers by identifying more than 100 B-piece buyers and their deal volume.
• Filter for conduit or single-borrower issues and compare the terms of each deal type.
